      Good company to work with

      1. Even during Covid time the company was able to sustain the employees (though there was salary reduction from 0-15% for majority of the employees) 2. Around 6 years back when I joined there were 1500 people in Nagarro Today there are 6000+ employees (4 times) 3. Good pay package in general. 4. Work life balance depends on project you are in. 5. Takes initiatives in improving the environment and many other social causes

      As its a service based, employee need to appear in client/project interview(s) after every project gets over, but this is true for all service based companies

      Good Compensation. Bright People Around. Tax Benefits.

      Cons

      1) Project Allocation System is Very Poor. You will be forced to work on legacy technology. During project interviews the Original technology stack will not be Disclosed. Once Allocated in the projects you cant leave within 18 months. Even HR will not be able to rescue you out HR will always reach out to your manager.

      HR commit something and execute something else. Extremely disappointing work culture. HR team has to stand on their words.
