I started working at Nagarro after it acquired my former company. As Nagarro already had a branch in the region, the two local companies fast-forward merged and it became a single company. One hot topic raised by employees since the merge was announced was regarding how the benefits package will be aligned: what will be added or cut. The topic was avoided in all internal company meetings with the reason that there is a analysis in progress and details will be given till the end of the year. In the last meeting of the year, the benefits alignment topic was postponed again for the next year. So, even if we are a single company in the region, the benefits for the employees are different which created frustration (most important benefit was the 13th salary which some employees got and others didn't, but other benefits are also only fore a part of the employees).
