06 yr excellent service is not enough to secure your job for 2 months bench period
Pros
* Good work life balance. * Nice appraisals. * Flexible timings. * Smooth release after resignation.
Cons
* Poor Stay management while your On-Site journey. * No job Security. HR may call you any day to ask you to serve you a Notice period. I had faced such situation after 06 yr fabulous journey. I was a award winner during my journey. Still it was not enough to keep me on bench for 02 months (may be it was 03). * No any optimized process for Promotions. A person who isn't associated to your Technology Stack may judge you for Promotions. Associates with an experience of 06-07 yr can be find as Lead Technology (newly hired) while associates with 10+yr experience are still working as Associate Lead Technology (because they are associate to Nagarro from long tenure). * Switching of job skills is nearly impossible. Even after your all Session, Assignment and Interviews you wouldn't be aligned to any project as per new tech stack. * At present Hiring process is quite strange. It's possible that the interviewer don't has any knowledge related to your technology stack. So don't surprise if an interviewer don't ask any question related to your technology and he fails you.
