For new technologies like Embedded and IoT the environment is bit tough. Senior people are mostly from application development background. They have only bookish/internet knowledge of these cutting edge technology. They take things on their ego if someone try to correct them. Even few are too arrogant. They even dont know the basic behavior norms. They don't hesitate to humiliating someone.
