Pros

Nothing is pros here. Not anymore.

Cons

All the positive reviews are forced reviews by HR policy. We had to give positive review and send screenshot to HR as mandatory task . Even they hire PR agencies to spam with positive reviews to maintain it green on glassdoor. They arrange Jalsa to show off the foreign clients that their situation is very good, but its actually not. They are a petty Indian company but listed in German stock exchange, thats also a show off. Their stock value is going down day by day from last 2 years. Forcing own employees to buy own stocks. They reduced paid holidays, delayed hikes for 5 months, reduced salary in the name of org bonus, all applicable for only INDIAN employees. They treat Indian employees like majdoors of some railway station. But no harsh decision for foreign employees to keep images clean. All decisions are made by a Big time crook CEO , his family n friends.

"We had to give positive review and send screenshot to HR as mandatory task." Anyone who knows anything about Nagarro will find this incredible. We mostly don't force anyone into anything. For example, even L&D is mostly voluntary. So tell me, how does HR force an Associate Staff Engineer in a several thousand people company to post a positive review and send them a screenshot? How do they threaten you? Do they send you a mail? Do they meet you with a bouncer?

Pros

work life balance depending upon project

Cons

It is height for someone to be double face. In his posts India region MD blames India's home minister and government for mishandling covid in India but forgets what he has given to Nagarro. During covid times Nagarro had done good salary cuts, fired many employees without thinking of its effect on them and their families. Reason given was they do not have money. Now they are paying externally hired people a huge amount of salary which is even 2-3 times salary of an existing employee with same experience and exact same skillset, yes please re-read exact same skillset. They are paying "3-4 X experience" for a 7+ year experience role while they already have people at CTC "2 X experience". How can someone blame some other person and cannot introspect their own actions and pose themselves as saint in front of world.

Pros

Long bench period so you can add new hobbies in your CV. Work life balance as there is no work. They believe that they are CARING. Need to waste only 5 hrs per day when on bench. Then you can focus on hobbies. They are still hiring :) They will give you higher packages. But you will go through Paycut after Joining.

Cons

Dream killer for young engineers, they give you no opportunities. They are very CARELESS. They will hire you for .NET, then training will be provided in some weird technology and then project will be allocated in some other technology. Project duration shorter than Mobile Recharge Validity. Old employees are given preference over new. I was hired for .NET Microservies then client decided to implement that using Java. Same skillet employees on bench and they are posting the Job Openings in Job Portals. And I was never interviewed for that project.
