      Excellent company but please have your office in Chandigarh location as well.

      Pros

      working on latest technologies, flexible working hours, supportive colleagues, work from home available, very approachable and down to earth CEO.

      Cons

      nothing that i can think of. most of the things about Nagarro are good except they don’t have office in city like Chandigarh.

We love it (and also that even though you think there are things that we can improve, you still are very positive about your experience here). Chandigarh - maybe it will happen someday as we continue to grow. But I don't think we have any current plans for it.

      Salary is much more than industry standards great yearly appraisal facility is also good projects and clients are nice

      Heavy politics in team biased manager

      With people not "belonging" to a BU since some months, new automation in Resourcing and a more sophisticated appraisal mechanism, we will hopefully reduce favoritism in the company. Perhaps human nature won't allow us to eliminate it completely... till the machines take over :-)

      Company is good but not good for Testers

      Pros

      There are not many projects of testing. If you are an automation resource then forget you will find any automation project. Comany policies are good. Management is also good and always willing to help employees. Short term onsite opportunities are there. Very good opportunities for developers.

      Cons

      Automation Testing projects are very few. I will not recommend this company for automation resources .
