Pros

Friendly and fun environment Good salary hike Good place to learn

Cons

Around 100% salary difference between Tier-1 and Tier-3 colleges. But is compensated by good hikes per year.

Dear ex-colleague, It is disheartening to see that someone who thinks well of Nagarro is not with us anymore. Maybe our paths will cross again in the future. To your point about how we do training, I agree with you in general. We are always trying different approaches, as you must know. We are currently in the process of completely revamping how we approach training and how to get better outcomes from spending time on the training. On the other hand, scoring in the training tests doesn't have an outcome on project allocation. It hasn't in the past, and it won't in the future. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. I hope you are doing well.

Pros

Really modest people at top leadership. Easy to reach out and communicate. Company is growing and there are real good opportunities here. You might get lots of opportunities to learn new stuff and it is very important aspect if you want to grow.

Cons

Middle level management are mostly people who have previously worked as a developer and have no people skills. Work life balance depends upon the project you are in. Good part is management is willing to listen.

Pros

You get money for survival. Get good designation but no promise to play the role hired for. HR and Senior Management is accessible but with no value addition.

Cons

Discrimination on the basis of gender. Discrimination between old and new employees, Old employees in the management are treated as God. Doesn't follow labor law and don't pay paid leave for weekends even to their full time permanent employee. HR is not qualified and not doing the job in order to prevail fair treatment and good work culture instead focus on creating onsite travel for themselves.

I'm really sorry that you did not seem to have a good time with Nagarro. From your post, I guess you have been onsite and had some misgivings with your experience. Expat HR is complicated by the fact that different departments are involved - HR, legal, finance, travel - and this may have created glitches as we grew rapidly and into half a dozen new countries. We are working on streamlining our "UX". We routinely engage the best law and accounts firms in every region to guide us but now we are also hiring more local HR folks to provide the human touch that might have started to be a gap.
