Cons
It's more like a Staffing company , can not compare with actual service based companies. All the care about is how employees can be billed. You can't plan your career as there is worst process for climbing the career ladder. So people even with 11+ years experience are working as Developers (Individual contributors) and even sometimes 15+ as well. They have more small projects where you always have to be in a rush to catch up the deadline. There is a serious WLB problem as well. There is no process, company works on one man authority and random decision like sometimes cancellation of mandatory holidays, salary deductions and many more.
