No Pros. Only politics happen.

Cons

Never joined this company. Project allocation system is worst. Here, only politics happen. TAP system is too much wors here . They will not send you any project proposal. Internal interviews only happened for formality and at last you will be rejected without any valid reason I till now worked with various companies but I never found such a worst company like Nagarro.

Toxic culture in my team School type environment A lot of favourism Heart ache working here Mental trauma some seniors talk in an unacceptable manner No client interaction No personality development Hindi is primary way of communication Some people don't even understand english Only few people given importance New joinees are insulted
