      Bench size is at peak right now , even January 2022 batch fresher not mapped into project, and i personally think it will take two more years map them into projects even that is also not sure may be ot will take more years.

      1. Micromanagement within teams. 2. Demotivation by immediate managers. 3. Managers asks proof of work with screenshot of time from task bar. 4. Manager shares demeaning comments "client pays to work not for leaves".
