WFH Nothing else to mention here

Cons

- Manager behavior is very aggressive and humiliating towards employees. - Managers don't have any knowledge on project, they over-commit to clients and then put un-necessary pressure on employees. - HR will support Managers even when managers are using abusive language. - Project allocation is a mess, you will never get roles with your skills and mostly you will be forced by the HR to take roles with some other skill profiles. - All the talk about Employee friendliness is just a façade, reality is very different.

Pros

No hierarchy system so you can get in touch with anyone from the company anytime

Cons

Once deployed on the client side, management doesn’t even talk to you. Its like 2-3 months go by without even a simple Hi of the manager. No employee benefit of client side and no employee benefit at nagarro side also. Client will say it is a holiday in nagarro so work. Nagarro will say it is a holiday at client not in nagarro so leave will be deducted.
