Bad appraisal policy!

Pros

WFH and hybrid working culture. Good salary hike in case of the switch. The company's growth is good.

Cons

New appraisal policies suck. The appraisal is almost negligible if you are working from home and don't work from the metro city, doesn't matter how much effort you are putting in. HRs become very busy and are very rude if you want to discuss the appraisal otherwise, they are very cool busy organizing their super-important events.

WFH is the only pro I can say which is basically beneficial for the company itself. They're not concerned about the employees.

No work life balance Not very good projects they just keep hiring and make you sit on bench

The WFA policy is only applicable is project company permits They Don't care about your carrier growth. No one listens to your reviews and issues.
