      I cannot think of any pros as there is no professional development. Layoffs are part of this company culture

      Cons

      Very bad experience by being part of Nagarro. No security and no safety. Total toxic culture. DotNet developers are not respected here. I was pushed to Data analytics team and their leads are very toxic.

      None, there is nothing to write good about them.

      many but most importantly the leadership treat you like a dirt and humiliate as much as they want. THEY CAN GO TO THE EXGENT TO HUMILATE YOU ON YOUR PERSONAL FRONT. They have some illiterate and under-skilled people leading thee group in Nyc office and highly arrogant with a characteristics to humiliate the employees. Goidd for people who arre uneducated and can withstand that humiliation. II would commend leadership at Nagarro nyc for turning highly resourceful and skilled staff to leave them.

      This is not a German company. It is an Indian company with bad management. HR is not your friend. They don’t do anything if you reported bad behavior by other employees.
