Pros

Only thing is Permanent work from home

Cons

Worst organisation to work. Client centric company. Zero work life balance. HR and Managment will never listen to you at any cost. Very strong favourtism. Zero process. Even if you put PCR(project change request) they will force you to work for their delivery by putting false allegations on you. Older people talk very rudly and even if you complain to Managment or HR they will never listen.

Worked here for almost 3 years. Work life balance. Smart salary structure, flexible timing. Excellent management. Provides various platform to upgrade through learning program. various opportunity to work with wide variety of clients. Work from any where policy. Annual Salary appraisal literally more than expectations. 5 out of 5

Nothing as such. Nagarro's Project Allocation System (TAP) needs some improvement

Work from home only is the only best policy.

- You can not complaint against your seniors - You will be hired for Automation profile but only manual testing work in provided - Seniors will harass you and will speak with you like dogs. They simply bark
