      Pros

      Technical folks should not waste time here. They don't have good technical exposure. Once they get some project, they will rip technical folks off with all sort of work including client mgmt as directors here are super non technical folks and here just because they can't survive anywhere else

      Cons

      Poor HR managers Rude HRs They are not fair in financial dealings Always keep the things in writing.. don't believe on HRs here.m

      Pros

      Greater work life balance HR policies are very employee centric Learning platforms (internal + pluralsight subscription) Work from home/anywhere Good compensation Technologies may vary from project to project, but in my experience, there is a lot to learn from a lot of projects. 2 out of 3 projects that I worked on in my tenure of 2 years were great. The thirty-one was not so good in terms of tech stack.

      Not much to talk about.
