Pros

Better than TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO kind of service-based companies. The HR department is quite supportive Pays salary on time, even before time sometimes Have perks like insurance Organize yearly parties to encourage employees Pays well once you are committed to the organization and dedicate time to it You have cool projects to work on and regularly engage with foreign clients In some cases, some big opportunity is also given to a younger employee who shows their caliber and outperforms their peers

Cons

The organization doesn't focus on individuals much They don't focus if someone is bringing value to the team, it feels like some kind of resource over there As a fresher, we can talk to anybody but it feels like "work only" You have mentors but it feels like mentoring is a task to them, except for a few. The peers can be in the same position but someone will work like hell and someone is just enjoying their day like a holiday. Even after working like that they don't encourage your value which hurts.

Pros

A fine company for developers and testers. (I am not a developer) Treats employees as family. Send you gifts now and then! Fine compensation.

Cons

Support projects in nagarro are most disorganised. The employee number remains the same and authorities will keep on pulling more and more work from clients. Support projects are clearly overburdened. They will never consult with the actual team on hows everything going. Constantly give an impression that they don't care. They want you to do the job (and a lot of it)and then zip it. There Is inequality. In simple words: They don't know how to run Support projects. The managers have so many projects under them that they don't even know how many employees they need to keep in touch with. So they keep in touch with only their favourites from every project.
