Excellent company but please have your office in Chandigarh location as well.

working on latest technologies, flexible working hours, supportive colleagues, work from home available, very approachable and down to earth CEO.

Cons

nothing that i can think of. most of the things about Nagarro are good except they don’t have office in city like Chandigarh.

Recent changes in compensations seem haphazard Little transparency of HR’s real purpose (looks mostly fun and games) Junior position have little say in what they do
