      Flexible timings, learning opportunities, practices and processes, work-life balance (except some times)

      Cons

      Separate buildings - time wastage in moving, clients are unprofessional and treat us as below them - this could be specific to few projects. HR works slowly: late appraisals, issue resolving etc.

      Dear colleague - thanks for giving us feedback here on Glassdoor (I also urge you to reach HR for each of the cons or issues that you have mentioned here). The buildings being separate is something that we cannot fully get away within the near future, but more and more of our work is being modeled such that you don't have to move too much between buildings within a day. We encourage everyone to meet over Skype using video when in different buildings (I do this several times a day - in fact, I am about to get on a call where participants will be from 3 different buildings). There has never been any place in Nagarro for "approach/jack" - but even more so, in the last few months, we have made several changes in the processes which removes the possibility of favoritism.       Dear colleague - thank you for reviewing us so highly here on Glassdoor. A lot of us just love this company, so it always makes our day to see a 5-star review. Regarding your disappointment with the cafeteria, this is something that we are always trying to improve - personally, whenever I eat there, I don't have a complaint with the food served. But this is such a subjective topic, that we will likely always struggle to get it perfected. But, like I said, it is something that is always under review. Best regards.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. Friendly Managers and directors. Flexible timings and work from home also available. Ceo is gentleman and always ready to favour employees.

      Cons

      Very bad location of plot 13 gurgaon. Full of dust and pollution. Bad traffic jams and lot of time wasted. Food is pathetic in the cafeteria and no taste watsoever.

      Thanks, dear colleague for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. I agree that our CEO is a special person. I think pollution is a terrible issue that we have in Gurgaon, and really no location is Gurgaon is any worse than any other location. What matters is what we have inside and we are constantly working hard to make sure that the air that you breathe inside is clean - and it is. I normally try to come to the office early in the morning to beat the traffic (remember, we do have flexible timings) - but I agree, the traffic is bad (it is really bad where I live as well - we all need to have a strategy to avoid traffic, it is a part of living in this city) Thanks again, for leaving us some feedback.
