      Pros

      1. Nagarro University - It provides every employee multiple platforms to learn and level up his/her skills. 2. One of the best companies for Java developers 3. Onsite opportunities 4. Nice work life balance 5. Nice culture and work environment 6. Weekly townhalls by the CEO and other top leaders which keeps you connected to the core values of the company and developments outside your project

      Cons

      1. Only Good for Developers (not at all Good for support engineers). Even a best permormer in application support is given a hike lesser than the worst performer in Java development. 2. Vertical AMS (for support) is highly unorganised and mismanaged. 3. No hike in pay on promotion which works well for developers but not for the employees in AMS.

      Pros

      Enjoyed a lot working here. Nice appraisals (not anymore) Average number of holidays Good work life balance (depends upon project)

      Cons

      Poor (very very poor) resourcing team. Better stay away from them at any cost. They don't know how to utilise resources in an efficient manner or how to empower people skills. ONSITE A REAL MYTH. Manager centric (few managers are nice though) Hard to change/switch project internally due to bad resourcing team.
