      1. Programs like level up, webinar helps employee to enhance learning 2. Work life balance. Even in some projects 4-5 hrs work is enough. 3. No hierarchy. can discuss things with upper management directly.

      Cons

      1. Create Pressure on individual to give idea for growing business (thinking breakthrough) 2. flattery is appreciated and that person easily got good hike as well as position, irrespective of talent.

It’s just meant to prime us all to be innovative and closely connected with the client’s business context. It’s supposed to be fun, not something that needs to be monetarily incentivised.
