9yThank you dear ex-colleague for your feedback. I agree that we need to engage our new colleagues better, whether it be training for skill or conversations around our culture and expectations. We need to guide our new colleagues better. We are aware of what we can improve in these areas and are continuously working on it.

9yThank your dear colleague for taking the time to provide feedback to us here on Glassdoor. To your point about getting feedback of "client-side" folks from the clients, we actually do have a process for it - this feedback is sought regularly.
