      Good Company. Bad Salary increment

      Pros

      Policies and management are employee friendly. Health insurance plans are good. Provide relocation assistance and advance money for your initial expenses.

      Cons

      You will work on the technology your client interested in, so less flexibility in project and technology selection. Salary increment is as low as 3-6%. No defined process about rating and increment. Try to negotiate as much as you can at the time of joining, so that you won't need to worry about increment later.

It is the nature of our industry where a lot of our work is mandated by client requirements - so yes, if one of our clients has a preferred technology strategy, then we follow that strategy. If we think that there are better options, we do try to advise our clients accordingly. As for your comment about the salary hike, you are located in the USA. A 6% hike in the US is considered a pretty good hike. Do reach out to me if you would like to understand this more. Once again, I appreciate that you took the time to give us feedback.

      Pros

      Good hikes, Flexible timings in most of the projects. There are opportunities to work in cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      Dependency is there in projects, leading to politics. I cant say work life balance is completely missing. But in some projects it is missing.

      Thanks for your review here on Glassdoor. I think it is the nature of our work where there can be critical dependencies on individuals. We should work to make it so that it doesn't last for too long. Having a critical dependency is neither good for the project health nor for that individual's opportunity prospects. This is something that we do track and advise our customers on proactively wherever possible.
