      1. Best technocrats work here. Nagarroites know how to deliver on time with best quality. You will learn technology + how to organise your work. And get the stuff done. 2. No micro management. Management trust their employees. 3. On-site opportunity. 4. Good feedback system ..Manager do it every quarter and give useful comments. 5. No politics . Good work is always cheered. 6. Nagarro university organises new courses which updates you with the industry. Gives a chance to grow your technical and career skills. 7. Weekly Town hall videos : great way to give a message to whole organisation. Can speak lot about nagarro
