Pros

You can feel the positive energy around, in this value driven, employee-oriented company, that shall help you grow technically, business wise and managerial in its completeness in a flat (no hierarchy) open culture-while keeping customers at the center. At interview level itself you shall get the feeling, that yes you are heading in the right direction. Sharing review for multiple career entries: Fresher/entry level: Perfect workplace for a millennial based thinking where your appetite for fun and learning is both satiable. As a fresher one can look for technical growth with exposure to multiple technologies/processes/tools, encouraging you to be full stack; learning at own pace with in house and online courses, where in you learn with self-motivation and not by pressure, various fun activities; exposure to confidence improvement (toastmasters) to social responsibilities. A social media like connect with your friends at work for techno contribution to level of fun too (it is indeed fun).Experienced people out there to help you grow, without being judgmental. Mid technical/managerial: You get freedom to choose your technologies, contribute to designs/defining processes with open mindset, learn new ones with in house learning platform(university kinda ! ),balance out your work and personal life(flexible timing),while working with strong technical background of other smart people. People out there to help you grow on technical path and managerial path, with in house webinars. A completely defined way of managing projects. Clear set of responsibilities, keeping you challenged for your next set of tasks. Senior architect/managerial level: You are kept at your toes for thinking out loud innovatively to help grow yourself, your team and the company as a family-At this level it’s the best that you would want to and company has means to offer you that. Binding elements: Very friendly HR; Open financial policies and discussions and reach out to each member.; Cab shuttle facilities; Ever available cafeteria, with meals/snacks at your supportive times; An empathetic group of people ,compassionate about people(in true sense),promotes health (gym-boom),relaxation (yoga),relaxation room ,and much more. You shall be amazed at gender equality and the diversity! In house day care for kids of employees (super wow thing) to encourage woman and man equally to grow.CSR at its best while staying connect with environment and society. Business, sales, growth: Vast set of clients, in multiple domains, in multiple technologies(it does matter, and is being followed in agile way).CMMi level 5 company (it matters, when you see a mid sized company working at processes better than giant mammoths, while still keeping employees involved in a pull way and not in a push model).And it feels great when you get to interact with people from BA, sales, techinical ,QA in a complete connect generating new free thinking. Customer centric-Keeps clients at core(not for namesake),no wonder there are clients ,whom are with Nagarro, for years.

Cons

Still thinking.. Hmm not a con, but company shall need to be cautious of its fast growth, and to balance it with freedom given to employees in terms of flexible timings. It shall be an onus on employees, so that it does not become a con for them and for the company.

About the need to balance flexibility that employees have against the responsibility it puts on them - yes, that is something we think about all the time. We do think that "being responsible" is a core ability that everyone possesses at Nagarro (it is part of our core value system). So in the long run, we do think that the best people for Nagarro are those who don't need to be held to a strict and structural way-of-working. At the same time, we are always measuring and improving. So, there is no 'set-in-stone' way that we have - everything can change and should. Again, thank you for your note.
