A Honest, socially aware & employee friendly organisation but facing issues scaling up
Pros
1. Its a HAPPY organisation, level of contentment among employees is higher compared to MNCs. The feel good factor is contagious to new joiners. 2. Flexible Work culture 3. They are genuinely motivated to work on innovative tech solutions 4. No/Less Variable pay (hence the HONEST in title) 5. They dont cut corners in name of cost cutting 6. Facilities are good including massage room, Gym, Special area for nursing mothers, day care, cafeteria & pantry 7. HR conducts a lot of employee engagement activities
Cons
Many of them mentioned earlier as well, its time mgt took heed. 1. RM is inefficient, even basic alignment of skill and projects is not done. 2. Many projects are for shorter duration 3. Difficulty in conversion of proposals , We do a lot of POCs, and pursue new clients and project, but dont make the final cut 4. Very less onsite, US presence is less
