Pros
Well I will try to list down all the good things I have felt here :
1.)Even though its not an product based company still the policies are employee friendly like You have flexible timings,Work from home option,Good in hand salary ,Compensation restructuring option which allows you to save more tax ,
2.)Project wise Nagarro has lots of big client and we are delivering way more than just the promised regular service .
3.)Lots of initiative's are taken towards customer satisfaction like Thinking breakthough's and Know your customer -to gain more exposure towards client's business-Ofcourse that helps in customer's confidence in Nagarro and sometime it gives more work and adds business value at the same time
4)Appraisal policy is bit changed from second half of 2017 but based on my personal experience Ii would say it is till way better than the most of the service based company like HCL,Accenture,TCS ,Wipro etc specially in delhi/ncr.They are good paymaster .
5.)One more thing -Technology wise they have presence in most of the new technologies but if I talk about SAP then practice is not that big and no of projects are less but I can see they are on growing path and there are some upcoming projects that are in contracts signing stage so that's a good sign
6.)Caring culture-You will find Gym,TT,Carrom,Chess playing options in most of the buildings .
7.)Also for nursing mothers-recently they have launched a room so that mothers can feel at ease with their little kids
8)work culture wise - it can differ projects to projects but my experience is good so far and I am really enjoying my journey here with good work life balance

Cons
Nothing as such because minor things can be ignored when you have so many positive's but still I would add 1 point
After appraisal if the employee has raised some concern than there should be some transparency related to discussion about the performance and parameters on basis of which appraisal was decided .And timeline should be realistic to have this discussion.
Normally HR will reply on ticket that- we will get back to you before 31st of the month which is like 1 month-Who wants to wait for 1 month just to have a clear discussion about self performance and appraisal.
Other than this ,ticket resolution is very fast in case of any issues.
