Thanks for your review here on Glassdoor. The nature of our industry is such that from time to time we need to stretch beyond what we would like to. However, at Nagarro, this shouldn't be a norm. Our average working hours across the company are less than 8 hrs a day. Total dependency on managers is not something that is the intent or part of the culture at Nagarro. Your 'manager' is just someone you work with during a given project, and yes, of course, has some say in your performance measurement. There shouldn't be any more 'dependency' than that. If you are feeling differently, then I suggest that we should meet and discuss. Thanks again for your review.

Dear ex-colleague, Thank you for your review on Glassdoor and providing these inputs. I only would like to say that it can't be farther from the truth that there is a preference for one type of role over another. For instance, we are investing heavily in design talent, including acquiring companies which are strong in design. We firmly believe good design and usability are critical to any software that we develop. The same stands for QA/testing. We have set up a center of excellence because we think that validation and verification are core areas that we want to strengthen. Regarding "salary discrimination': for any industry, wage levels for different skill sets can vary widely. That is what happens in the case of developers and QAs these days. But I also think that this gap is closing fast. Also, as an update, we are focusing a lot on middle management training and sensitization as well. One of the things we did is that we engaged a professional leadership development firm to help us with some of the aspects of this training. I feel sorry that you couldn't find Nagarro as the place to be for you. Maybe our paths will cross again in the future. Thank you.

Dear ex-colleague, any organization is always trying to evolve as it faces newer challenges. When it comes to colleagues with mainframe skill sets, I agree that we had some confusing policies in place for a while. But this is something that we are always working on and improving. The intent is never to isolate anyone at Nagarro. And I would have liked to discuss with you these concerns if you had reached out to me. I wish you luck in your future endeavors and feel sorry that we couldn't keep you happy at Nagarro. Regards.
