Pros

I Joined this Company in the 2019 and worked for 1 year. Flexible Timings Non hierarchical Structure Good Tax Saving components

Cons

Not enough Automation Projects in the Company. I have joined as a Lead Automation Engineer last year along with many other folks. They have taken whole interview on Automation including Coding etc. but in the Company, there are only handful of Projects in which Automation is implemented. Rest of the Projects are on Manual and we all were forced to do Manual Testing. Similar situation is with Software Developers. Many Projects still uses very old tech-stack. ------------------------- TAP Team is not good. TAP Team is responsible for Project Assignments to Employees in the Company. They will randomly assign any Project irrespective of your skill-set. Me including many other people have complained about it from time to time. But no action was taken on it. ------------------------- Mostly Projects are driven from Client Locations. So they will force you to work from different Client locations. If you deny to work from any of the Client locations, then HR takes action against you and in many cases asked the employee to resign immediately. ---------------------------- In the Covid-19 Time March 2020 Onwards, Company has laid off hundred of employees on the account of 'Poor Performance'. Even the hard-worker employees were laid off. The company was not even capable enough to retain their work force in this tough time. Many of my colleagues and other employees were laid off irrespective of good performance. ------------------------------- Mostly Projects are of short duration. Once Project is over, you will be on bench and then asked by HR to give interviews for other Projects. If you fails to clear interviews for 2 or 3 clients, then HR will behave like a police and you will be treated like a thief. This happens with my fellow colleagues and many other people, and then they are called by HR Team and HR asked them to take any Project assigned to them irrespective of their skill-set. ---------------------- No Free lunch. Lunch quality is also not up-to the mark. No Defined processes in most of the Projects. Use of really old tech stack in some projects Note Read the reviews of the company from March 2020 onwards and then you will come to know about the real face of the company. During Covid Pandemic, they have laid off hundreds of the employees and now the HR team is putting on fake reviews, i mean Positive reviews of the company on all the Job-portals to hire the employees again. This is truly unfair. This is cheating with all the Employees

Dear colleague, Let me thank you for taking the time to leave feedback here. Let me try to answer some of your concerns here: 1. Maintenance projects - while we do think that all projects are equally important for us as long as they add value to our customers, it is not true that more of our objects are maintenance than otherwise. In fact, if I look at all the total projects in the company, less than 15% of our projects are of the maintenance type. 2. Being customer oriented - I don't see that as a con. Being customer-centric is one of our core values. But we don't believe that it should come at the cost of employee happiness. 3. Employee skill development - This I find surprising because we really are focused on skills development and I would really like to learn more. I encourage you to write to me so that we can discuss in more detail (feel free to write to me anonymously if you aren't comfortable to discuss this directly). All feedback is important to us and you taking the time to write it here helps a lot. Best regards, Vaibhav
