Pros

Nothing as Such even Pathetic than the usual Software Company..No HR Policy ...NO vision ...just talk off Air mean Hawabazi. The dignity they earned over last few years is about to vanish ...and it will be soon.

Cons

List is end less.. - No Projects on Core technology Java ,webservices, computing and. - HR people from Hotel Staff and ppl holding BA ,MA (in pschology )are being hired to manage and allocate the projects to the Engineers. - No Clear Vision is being given to employees about their growth and learning prospective. - More suicidal is that u will given work which totally different waht u have worked on ...u will rated for the behavior not for the hardships u put in work..total politics no professional. - ppl who build nagarro already leaving ..or left.. so please take wise decison.

Nagarro Response

Dear colleague (presumably), I usually try to glean valuable information and feedback from Glassdoor entries but in this case I am instead constrained to set the record correct on several points of fact. 1. You say the people who built Nagarro are leaving while the founders of the company (including me) are still here, twenty years on. 2. You say we do not have a vision, but we are the fastest growing IT services company. The industry is not so broken than a company can grow so fast without a vision. 3. You say HR is handled by non-engineers when the current head of HR was last the VP Technology and the previous head of HR was none other than the famous IIT JEE guru Manmohan Gupta. 4. You say we don't have Java projects when we are continuously winning the chance to build the most amazing modern systems in Java (check out the latest joint press release with Lufthansa Systems on the web about the world's leading flight planning product). You may be dissatisfied, and I don't mean to make light of that fact - I just want to set the record straight on points that are highly objective. Regarding the subjective points, please meet me or the head of HR anytime so we can act on the specific things that are bothering you. We want to improve continuously but it is difficult to take action on a string of statements that are not quite accurate. Thanks and regards, Manas

Pros

It used to be a good company but not now. They fired first now they are hiring. You can ask for good package but you will be on the risk of firing

Cons

It is the first company who fired after covid-19. They did the clean up of employee strength by taking advantage of covid 19 by firing them. Now a days they have asked employee to refer you friend to join because others are not willing to join. Now they also know that there firing news is in market and no one want to join.so they are asking employee to refer their friends. Very low standard mentality. First they firing then the hiring. HR is also wirting fake reviews to hide the real review. You can also swe all the 4 and 5 star rating are on liner.

Pros

1. Work Life Balance 2. Decent CTC 3. WFH Policy 4. Good projects 5. Learning opportunity 6. Good increment

Cons

1. Favoritism in project: One of the projects in which i was working there was a member who could hardly solve any big or complex issue and team lead was almost daily used to work on that member's problem for 2 - 3 hours or sometimes more than this. I also used to help that member a lot.But still that member used to be favorite of lead and i was used to be targeted for silly reasons many times and that member used to be mannerless, disrespectful and rude towards me. still that member used to be favorite. God Knows WHY!!! 2. Internal interview: they don't trust their employees, Even after clearing all the interview to enter the organization. You have to appear for internal interviews to get a project every time you hit bench. They reject even for a minor reason as if it is a job interview. But you can get a project easily if you have contacts(favoritism) though you lack in skills. 3. Pathetic project allocation (TAP/RAP) process: You have to go through interviews to get in a project and it will be like a job interview(It is like they doubt their own hiring process). They do not match your skills and experience level before initiating the project allocation process. You may get a project proposal which requires more experience or different skill set than you have. Then you will be rejected for sure and then it will be count as rejection(you are not a good fit). Instead they will say like it’s your fault if you could not crack a project interview which requires more experience or different skills than you have. 4. Some interviewers (during project interview) are very arrogant and mannerless. one of them demotivated me a lot also said don't know how have you been hired because nagarro doesn't hire anyone from small companies, only on luck basis. but it's not true. I have seen many employees there who came from small company. and also this interview was for lead position so obviously i would not be able to crack it as i was associate. For this project they took 3 rounds of interview after that they rejected me. I was hired because i was cracked the interview which was of 5 rounds and i was having good skills not because of luck. They fired me during COVID crisis by saying i had multiple rejections. Though Most of the rejections were because there was requirement of either more experience or different skills than i have. When i said about that they were like it is all your fault. All they wanted to just fire me. 5. Insurance is provided at high premium 6. HR does not respond to your mails/messages
