Pros

I joined Nagarro back in June 2011 as a fresher. During my 4 years stint I never felt the urge of switching my job as every opportunity and prospect that an individual can think of in terms of professional and personal growth was readily available. The exposure to the diverse domains and the latest technologies aided me in setting a strong foothold in the IT industry and also guided me on the next move for my career path. To put in simple words. Following are the top pros among many - - comprises of truly brilliant minds(justifies the tag line completely) - growing at a tremendous rate - an awesome work culture - Exposure to every possible domain and technology - High quality projects - accessible senior management - respectable salary - appreciation is for good work is never forgotten - also the Raahgiri initiative by our CEO Manas Fuloria is commendable - interactive townhall address. PS - I am still not switching my job .Just going for higher studies and would love to come back :)

Cons

Not any that I can think of but I just fear that since Nagarro is growing at an exponential rate it doesn't loses the charm of its close-knit community and becomes yet another IT factory.

Let me first thank you for leaving a detailed review such as the one you have. I think I know who wrote this and I must say it was always to pleasure to interact with you while you were here. I think you have captured well the essence of the company that we are trying to create in your review. And you have also called out our biggest fear - we don't want to end up like just another mid-sized Indian IT company. Regarding your advice to management, I do believe a lot of teams do organize offsite events. In true Nagarro style, we leave it to the teams to decide how they want to spend their allocated funds for team activities. I agree that teams need to gel together and anything we can do to move in that direction is effort well spent. We don't really control how many folks can be 'onsite' in any given engagement. It ties in with our approach to solving a customer's problem - if a problem can be best solved by having people in the same office as the customer we propose it, else we don't. Having said that, we have so many people traveling to customer locations all the time. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Hopefully we will see you back in Nagarro once you have finished your studies. Reach out to me if you ever need to connect.

Pros

I have worked for one of the largest IT brands in India for 4 long years before I switched to a small sized company & then Nagarro. And trust me, I am extremely satisfied to be a part of it. 1. Salaries are above Indian IT Industry standards. 2. A great culture & work life balance with the managers being extremely helpful & supportive, atleast i my case :) During Go-Live one has to obviously work till late but that's not different in any other company. Its like you study the whole year for your exams but you put in that extra effort a couple of night s ago to score the best as per your ability. 3. Company is ready to spend on your certification costs. 4. There are a lot of training programs like NTEG where you can get to learn newest technologies in the market. 5. Young & team building environment with parties twice a year. 6. Lots of onsite opportunities 7. No variable part in CTC (w.e.f. 2015) 8. Lots of growth opportunities because one grows with the company and Nagarro is growing at a pace where in it would become the next Cognizant & then Infosys thereafter if you read the growth track of the above two companies. 9. You get to work on projects for the world's leading clients and big names. 10. A place where women and men are treated equally i.e. Gender equality. 11. The CEO & VP is extremely easy to approach. They connect with employees periodically (this period is not more than two months) sometimes they take town hall meetings every week.

Cons

Nothing that requires immediate attention. However, I believe that the following points can be improved. 1. The transport system needs to be strengthened. 2. The options available in Cafeteria (Gurgaon buildings) are not upto the mark in terms of variety.
