      1) Great Management 2) Takes care of their employees 3) Lost of activities 4) Work Life Balance 5) Flexible Timing 6) Pays well etc etc etc....and many more..

      Cons

      Just one which i can find from Business Analyst perspective is lack of domain expertise.... That is fewer opportunities in major core domain project such as SAP, Core banking, Healthcare(insurance).. also no such extensive training in such areas for BA. Let's create different practice specialization from functional perspective.
