1. People working with nagarro from starting are quite knowledgeable and mentor like these can seriously boost the performance of new bies. 2. They follow the best policy of work hard and get paid handsomely. 3. New technologies are regularly introduced with time.

Cons

1. Base package is quite low though increments are good. 2. No extra benefits for your employeess.
