      1. Good work environment and culture. 2. Challenging work if you like. 3. Flexible in terms of working hours . 4. Good Salary Structure. 5. Nice coworkers

      Cons

      1. More focus should be placed on improving soft skills, and the importance of these skills 2.Should be onsite rotation policy. 3.Some middle management people think they own the company.

      Work on good technology and nice learning curve Good Infrastructure Appraisal is satisfactory Management is approachable New initiatives are taken by the company Good growing company Good Culture

      Cons

      Not good Onsite opportunities. Biasing is there and old employee(with good links) gets benefit. Appraisal is relatively poor for QA resources :( In testing, needs to improve. Requires mindset change. Old managers (grown in Nagarro) think anybody can test. Needs to promote automation tools even licensed if required. HR policy is poor, I would say that HR system is not strong

      Best company for freshers, Perform and get what you want. Internal programs for learning latest technologies and languages. Environment friendly initiatives and CSR.

      Cons

      I don't want to write but this is the only place i can write. Nagarro has worst resourcing team. Developer gets designer role. Designer getting developers role. Soon they will shift Java developers to DotNet and visa versa,
