Pros

* Growing fast both in terms of real estate as well as clients. * Conducive work environment and adequate recreational facilities. * Ample opportunities for technology based leanings.

Cons

* Management listens and believes older employers , new employees always have a lower hand. * If RM team cannot fit you regardless of your skills and experience it would be counted as your fault and you should start packing your bags. * Employee rating and feedback system is not transparent. * The concept of mentoring is simply not there.

Thank you for your feedback. Every once in a while we get this feedback about a bias towards older employees. I don't understand it. What is an "older" employee? Someone who has been with us more than 10 years? more than 5 years? more than 2 years? Some of our most senior folks are less than an year in the company. A large number of people have joined us only in the last 18 months. We couldn't have a systematic bias for against newer employees even if we wanted to - it would hamper us from scaling. Also, it is most certainly Nagarro's responsibility to fit you once we have hired you. No one will ask you to pack your bags for those reasons. I look at every case where we are planning to let go of an individual and ensure that it is not because of Nagarro's inability to provide them work. We are certainly always looking to improve the on-boarding process and experience. If you have any experiences or suggestions that can help us do so, I would really like to hear them. So, do reach out to me. We are committed to making Nagarro one of the best places to work for everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to see that you are rating us well - I believe that we deserve this faith. Let me address some of the areas of improvements that you have pointed out. I believe that we do have a good transport system for our size, but we are very open for suggestions on improvements. If you can touch base with me or someone else in HR about what areas of improvements you see, we can definitely try to address them. Also, there is a huge amount of initiative behind everything HR-related. I have taken this role for the same reason, and our CEO is spending a lot of time on HR initiatives as well. We are rolling out a major upgrade to our HRMS systems which will help us streamline our HR processes. You will see much more in the coming weeks the initiatives being taken on by HR. The thing that worries me most in your comments is what you say about "politics" in the projects. One of our key organizational design goals is to have a very flat organization. I request you to reach out to me so that we can understand what you have observed so that we can address this issue. Even though it is not a huge threat (we have fairly low attrition) we would like to catch such things before they become big. Once again, thank you for your time.

Pros

Learning is relatively better than other companies but only for freshers because they work for 15 hours daily. There are quite a few fun activities in cafeteria but you normally don't get enough time to enjoy.

Cons

Managers are bosses here. They can do whatever you want. No HR Policies being followed. The policies are just written in their portal but never followed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback. I am sorry to see that you have such an impression of the company. But let me assure you that this impression is not representative of what actually happens. I get a monthly report of time spent in office and yes there are always some projects who are working extra hours, but at a given time it is less than 5% of the people. Our average hours spent in office overall is less than 9 hours a day. Also, I actually often get feedback from 'managers' that they cannot do enough. Our HR system is designed in a way that a manager can only influence so much for a team member, and HR comes in play for the necessary checks and balances. For instance, this week itself we had one request from an employee who needed flexibility in working hours for a few weeks due to logistical constraints at home. Her manager denied it, but the HR team worked with the manager to make it happen. If in your project or group you think that the manager is being unfair, you should always be able to talk to HR or your manager's manager. And our flat hierarchy allows this. So, no, managers cannot do whatever they want. If you are seeing an example that is otherwise, you should definitely reach out to HR or me directly to discuss this. In summary, Nagarro is overall very different from what your experience has been so far. I would love to meet you to show you more.
