Pros

Top management try their best to connect with the folks which is good to see. Concerns are timely addressed (of course depends what concern you have) Salaries in general are good. I read lot of reviews by people who mentioned that Nagarro doesnt pay well, work life balance is not good etc etc... This is in general not true. It happens in every company and ofcourse to be fair to Nagarro, they cannot make everyone happy.

Cons

- Nagarro tell resources / people that they are family. This is exaggeration at its best when people are called in a room and said "you are good for nothing" , "Will kick you out", "you wont get A rating no matter what you do", "you are a rat if you resign", "on resigning you will not get a job outside".... "kaam karne mein phatt rai hai" ..... Imagine these lines said in pure Hindi .... this is what the culture is becoming ..... its not about 1 person ...35 folks can vouch for it .... This coming from a person heading delivery in a BU. You are asked to stretch every other day. Having said this, I still say Nagarro is a decent company to work with except one BU which even am scared to go :) -- Another sad part is that you can become a lead with an experience of 3-4 years and project manager with 8yrs experience. Ofcourse, they fail brilliantly when asked to work in a complex project. Please "Experience Matters".

I must apologise for the words this manager used in the meeting (although it seems he had already apologised for them). He has come from a much larger company and may be taking some time to settle into our culture. While we learn from such new colleagues about systems and processes, they also learn about Nagarro's preferred style of working with colleagues and customers. I am sure this gentleman will settle in well and I hope you too will find your challenges dwindling. Please meet me any time if you feel otherwise. My job is to make sure all well-meaning and intelligent people in the company are happy and productive and are unleashing their personal potential.

Pros

1) heaven for developers 2) office in Gurgaon and Jaipur 3) Company has very good social initiatives I would recommend any developer to join Nagarro

Cons

1) management is biased towards developers 2) no respected to QAs from managers and HRs 3) very less professional and personal growth for QAs 4) same ratings as developers, but, salary hike would be atleast 75000 less for QAs 5) no onsite for QAs 6) HR dont listen to employees problems. only listen to managers. 7) no worklife balance 8) no consideration of laterals skill set while allocation projects 9) no free cab and meals 10) pathetic CTC structure I will never refer any QA to join Nagarro

Thank you for your review. I have to unfortunately disagree with several points that you have made in the cons section. First of all, there is no management bias - how can there be? Don't we need QAs to run our business - if yes, then we will likely take equal care of them; and we do. There is a dedicated COE for quality assurance led by a VP and a Director. We are looking for very senior folks to hire in the QA track so that we can make it formidable independent practice. We get a lot of questions about pay scales for QAs. I looked at our hiring data for QA in the last 12 months. We pay significantly above the current pay scales for people we hire in order to align with what our pay scale for QA is. I don't think we do too badly in this area at all. At the same time, we sometimes are driven by the needs of the industry, and so variations in pay scales or onsite opportunities are things that are driven by external factors. While sometimes it may not seem like it, HR at Nagarro is looking out for employees much more than business units and managers. Some of our key structures are designed to allow this to happen. But, if you have faced a situation differently, then I would like to meet you to understand what happened better. Yes, we don't have free cabs and meals (they are subsidized though). I don't think we are ruining anyone's career at all. In fact, Nagarro is probably the best services company to be in at this time. We are growing tremendously and with this growth comes a lot of opportunity. I recommend that you reach out to me if you would like to have an open discussion and I will be happy to meet you. Once again, thank you for your time.
