Pros

Open culture, good leader at top. , good for those who work for revenue side they can truly measure their success at Nagarro. Employee friendly hr policy. People who works longer gets rewarded.

Cons

Support function finance never looks like a Nagarro division, Nobody greets it looks its not in DNA, autocratic tone of your supervisor , sarcasm , taunt , people get promoted on the basis of tenure still lacks basic skills. They would assume uh to have full knowledge of process or training will not be there , you would be judged in just few weeks. New joiners wouldn't get their say. Forget about MNC culture you will have 2 fix parties in a year , there is nothihg called fun do Friday. Small teams suck , the experience one will treat uh like anything.

Let me thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. You are absolutely right - there should be no differentiation between whether you are in a project or whether you are in a support group. The good thing is that it is not our intent to be like this at all. The core values of the company apply to everyone. One of these is to be non-hierarchical and this also applies to all. So any instances of autocracy, disrespect, etc. do not have any place at Nagarro. Since you are facing this, it is something that we will address right away - I have already requested our HR team to investigate this and also start having sessions with everyone in support groups around this topic. With regards to access to senior management, we have been doing weekly town halls on every Friday - the purpose is to be able to directly connect with everyone. And we also have Yammer. I would like to impress upon you that anyone can reach out to the senior management - drop them an email, meet them in the hallway. But, point taken. We will re-look at how the support teams are doing. I would be happy to talk to you directly in the office as well - so if you are up to it, then please contact HR. Once again, thank you for your time in leaving this feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor (even though it is a brief one). Let me leave a quick note about the scattered campus in Gurgaon - this is something that we are going to address in the coming years. The newest building that has opened up has a very large capacity and the next step from that is to put together a campus where we can consolidate. It is important to understand that the reason for a 'scattered' campus is the fast growing nature of Nagarro. Although, I hardly see it as scattered (since all buildings are less than 10 minutes from each other on a bicycle). Once again, thank you for your time.

Pros

Good Ambience. Some projects are good. Some onsite opportunities.

Cons

Some projects are not worth working for. Managers not willing to stand up against the client for some illogical requirements. Politics up to a certain level. CTC structure.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback. This feedback is very important for us and helps us improve. I, of course, disagree with your opening statement (saying this with a smiley) - we are a great and fast growing company with an awesome outlook. But we have our problems, one (obviously) being that we are not able to maintain a work environment where you also feel the same way. Let me talk about the quality of projects. There will always be projects which are less exciting than others (it is the nature of the industry, isn't it). But most of the work we do is highly exciting. The less exciting ones are still going to have learning opportunities far greater than what is normal in the industry. Managers not being able to negotiate with the clients can happen and is an individual trait of the manager. This is something that we try to keep an eye on through our governance frameworks. It is definitely not the norm for the company - and this can happen anywhere. If this is happening too often then you should discuss this with your manager or even reach out to the delivery management or BU leadership so that they can help. Politics has no place at Nagarro - it is one of the reasons we want to maintain such a flat organization structure. You are able to just reach out all the way to the CEO if you feel that there are unfair practices in play at Nagarro. At a minimum, if you see this happening, reach out to HR to report this. Also keep in mind, sometimes lack of a bigger picture can make situations seem fishy - so sometimes it is simpler to just ask more questions from the parties concerned. I was under the impression that we had resolved all the concerns that people had with the CTC through the changes we made a couple of months ago. I am surprised that it is still concerned a con. I would like to know what more can be improved in the CTC. You can reach out to HR to discuss this in more detail. Finally, not sure why you feel that we are not getting good work. You should check out on Yammer about the announcements of new customers and projects. We are getting some of the most cutting-edge work and projects there are. This also means that we need to do a better job at evangelizing some of this information within the company. Once again, thank you for your time in leaving a feedback here.
