      1. Good Appraisals. 2. Good working environment. People are supportive. 3. Flexible Work Environment. 4. Best thing Flat hierarchy. Any one can talk to Anyone. 5. Brilliant people with whom you love to work. 6. Good Exposure 7. I am sure i will be with you for longer term.

      Cons

      1. Difficult to manage work life balance. 2. New Manager don't understand the flat hierarchy of organisation, they feel offended if you go and talk directly with the senior management.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide such a detailed feedback for Nagarro. I, of course, agree with all the pros that you have presented. You have captured them well. Let me focus my response on the cons and the advice to management sections. Work-life balance is a tricky topic. And I would gladly meet you in person and discuss this with you. In my opinion, work-life balance needs to be measured over longer duration and not week-by-week or month-by-month. Our data and surveying of the employees suggest that on average no one spends more than 50 hours a week in the office. At the same time, you may be in a project going through a tough phase where you are spending 70-80 hours a week. That can happen. It is the nature of the industry we work in. Yes, we have a lot of new people joining us. And yes, it takes a while before they understand and adopt the culture that we have at Nagarro. I urge you not to let that put you off. We are doing a number of things to get new people to understand what our culture is. Agile doesn't also mean a lack of processes :) - having said that, I can assure you that if you compare the processes followed at Nagarro, they are some of the most lightweight processes around. We are on the constant lookout for making sure that there isn't too much bureaucracy in our processes (whether software development processes or organizational processes). Sometimes we are behind the curve a little, but we always catch up. If you notice something that you think can be improved, you should suggest the improvement to the process team or HR. The A2FS ratings being delayed is a problem that is currently being addressed very aggressively. I agree that the ratings are delayed (though not maliciously, as in no one is trying to take advantage, they are just not paying enough attention). Also, I agree that these should be monthly. But let's get some discipline going for the quarterly ones first. You should know that we are working on it right now. We can talk for ages about compensation models. For now, it should suffice that Nagarro's increments today at least are more than most companies in our industry. Once again, thank you for such a detailed feedback. If you have more feedback or suggestions, please do not hesitate to reach out to senior management or HR (even if your new manager gets offended).

      Salary is not good for QA as compare to Developer Project Change is a big challenge here. HR persons are not supportive.

Yes, we do strive to have a great environment at Nagarro, and I am happy to see that you are finding this the case as well. However, let me try to address a couple of the cons that you have listed. With regards to the QA salaries as compared to developers, our salaries are comparable to the industry standards. In fact, we offer higher than the industry average across the tracks. Having said that, we are in the process of having an external agency benchmark our salaries against that of different companies in our industry. We should be able to course correct (if needed) based on this data. Your experience with the HR not being supportive is something that concerns me. This is something that we do not intend and everything we do is to support employees. I would like to know more about this, and you should definitely reach out to senior management to discuss this. I assure you that our HR team and processes are some of the best that is out there; and if there are instances where this is not true we need to address them immediately. I do believe strongly that there are going to be a lot of opportunities for everyone at Nagarro and also for the QA track - we have established a COE for quality assurance to establish the next level of testing and quality assurance capability in Nagarro.       Thank you for your time in writing this review. I am delighted to see that you are having a good time at Nagarro. We really believe in our culture and are doing everything we can to strengthen it all the time. We believe in intelligence (among other qualities), and like to attract and retain people who display it. We believe that learning never stops. With respect to your impression about the pay scale, it is true, that for someone just starting out in their career, the pay can be a little low; however, our increments are aggressive in the later stage, so that by the time you are a few years experienced, you will be earning better than most others. At the same time, you will be in a company which believes in empowering young people. Therefore, you will have opportunities at a much smaller experience level at Nagarro which you won't get elsewhere. I think it is the best time to be at Nagarro. We are poised to scale and expand rapidly in the coming years. The future at Nagarro is exciting and full of opportunities. Once again, let me thank you for taking the time to review us here.
