Thank you for your review here on Glassdoor. It is good to see that you have captured some of our core values as "Pros" of Nagarro. I would like to comment on the "Cons" piece. We are growing quite fast (the company has become 4 times the size in the last 5 years). There are some challenges that we can and do pre-plan for, and others which we tackle as we go. Our expansion plans are anything but slow. We have invested in space in Gurgaon to allow for much higher growth. We have acquired two companies so far this year. This is a company which plans to be several times our current size in the next few years. If you'd like to know more, I encourage you to come and talk about it (you can discuss on Yammer or attend the weekly townhalls).

Thanks for your review. I am happy to see that our endeavor to be open and non-hierarchical is being felt by our colleagues. It is who we are. I think the work-life balance piece is always a tricky notion in our industry. On one hand, our average time spent in office is less than 8 hours, on the other hand yes there can be times when you are spending much more than that.
