10yWow, this review made my day. All our efforts are towards making Nagarro a culture-driven company. And when you give such examples where someone changed themselves to fit culturally, it gives me a huge sense of satisfaction. But, of course, a lot of work is still to be done (so that next time, you rate us 5/5).
Thank you for posting a review here and taking your time to provide a more detailed feedback. I think we will always have some people who may not practice our culture, but we will continue to develop a stronger culture so that people will have no option but to adopt.
