10yThank you for your review. We do like to work in a model where we try to put a team structure as per the customer's needs. In some cases this means that part of the team is 'onsite' and in other cases, that doesn't happen. But even with such a model, about 15-20% of the workforce is permanently onsite. So, I wouldn't say that there are any 'less' opportunities, I would say that they are not guaranteed.
