Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With so many positives (I agree with all of them), I would like to know what we can do to make it a 5/5 rating. Which brings me to the only con that you describe. At Nagarro, we do want to pay more than the industry average, at the same time, our pay scales for various profiles do align with what is prevalent in the industry. But, I can say that the outlook for Nagarro is really bright. And in the long run, the return on your time spent with Nagarro is very good. If you would like to discuss more the role that you are playing and the path that your career may take, you are welcome to talk to us. Once again, thank you for taking the time for this review.

Pros

Great and very helpful management. Perfect for freshers. Not much workload. No work at home.

Cons

Salary bit low at start, but growth is great in salary as well .

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Nagarro has always believed in the strength of individuals coming straight out of universities and colleges. The passion, hunger, and energy that they bring vitalizes the entire company. And I agree, it is the perfect place to start your career. It is also the perfect place to continue your career also. :) I do want to say though, not much workload is not necessarily a good thing at the start of your career. The first few years is the time to put in as much as you can; this will help you assess your strengths and weaknesses and your can manage the rest of your career based on this learning. I encourage you to reach out and ask for more work if you think you can take on more. Once again, thanks for taking the time to review us. I wish you all the best for a promising career with us or otherwise.

Let me thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback helps us look inwards and change Nagarro for the better. Yes, Nagarro has tremendous opportunities for growth and building a strong career. We are aiming to have a very open and flat working environment that promotes a very health culture. Let me try to address the cons that you have described. We do have a clear vision of the future - all our designing and planning is being carried out based on this vision. And we have been spending effort in explaining the vision of the company to everyone through sessions and open houses. It seems that we need to do much more to ensure that everyone understands this vision. With regards to balanced or quality work, I probably can't answer that well. It is matter of perspective. Data that we collect, suggests that on average, people don't spend more than 40-50 hours in office. There will always be times where more work needs to be put in. Finally, compromising on hiring standards is not something that we are willing to do even as we grow. You are right, we are hiring many more people than we were a year ago. At the same time, our target is to hire people who make us better. Do we sometimes end up hiring people who are not up to the mark? Of course, we do. This is also something that used to happen earlier. There is no change in hiring standards. Having said that, yes, we need to improve our hiring processes since with bigger numbers, even if the percentage of such hires remains the same as before, the absolute number is higher. This is something that we are working on all the time. Once again, thank you for your time in submitting this review.
