Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of Nagarro. I am happy that you have a positive outlook for Nagarro and that you would recommend others to work here. Your point about management being approachable gives us a lot of encouragement since it is our goal to have a very flat organization and maintaining such structures as we scale is something that occupies a lot of our mind space.
With regards to areas of improvements and advice to management mentioned by you, I agree that we have improvements that we need to bring. In terms of reviews and appraisals, we are already bringing about changes to make the appraisal system more systematic (and will continue to improve more). More so, I feel that we need to make improvements in evangelizing these changes; if you feel that we don't have a proper system for reviews and appraisals then we are failing at doing this well enough (since we do have a system in place).
I would like to say that not everyone is treated the same from a career growth perspective (as you mention) - we do have a rating system in place which rewards the right attributes. These are published on the Information Portal and if you would like to discuss them, I encourage you to reach out to HR.
With regards to policies being different for different people, the intent is not to be so. Our policies are designed to be the same for everyone across the board. There may be isolated instances where this may not happen, but those should be rare. If you see that this is not happening, then I urge you to reach out to me or HR and talk about this so that we can fix it.
Finally, about providing feedback to employees for their career growth, this is supposed to happen through the appraisal system - it is designed to tell you exactly which are the areas of improvements that you need to work on based on the scores you get on various KRAs defined for your role. In addition, a mentorship program has been rolled out (for specific roles for now, but should expand more as we get better at it) so that we can guide everyone based on their aspirations.
Having said all that, I will of course concede that Nagarro will always need improvement - we are a small company which has very big thoughts and dreams. And we will need to be better than the best if we are to achieve them. So, critical feedback is always welcome and important to us. Once again, thank you for providing it.
