Thank you for leaving a review here on Glassdoor. It is unfortunate that you are now no longer working with us. Even though you are not with us, I would like to address some of the concerns you have raised about Nagarro. Ideally, we should have done this while you were still here and perhaps prevented you from leaving.
We were a small company which grew up very fast. We are still small compared to the overall IT services provider crowd in India. We are continuously improving however, growing bigger all the time. Salary structure is one of the things that is currently being evaluated by the senior management - it is something that we will improve.
With regards to the facilities provided to our employees. Let me preface by saying that we do benchmark the facilities we provide with those offered by other IT companies all the time. There are facilities that we can't provide at our size just yet and yet there are facilities that we have which most other companies don't offer. And all of these will only get better as we go along. In all fairness, I believe we don't do too badly - 2 fully equipped (and heavily used) gyms with instructors, completely free for employees; 2 gaming rooms with video games; cafeterias in every building; table tennis tables; an upcoming cricket batting net with a bowling machine; tie-ups with child care facilities for our women employees - just to name some.
Can we be better? Yes, absolutely. Are we the worse than most? No way. More importantly, our vision is and has always been to be the best. So, we keep working towards it. If you left us because you didn't see this improvement and the future vision while you were here, I would say that you should come back. We are an incredible company to work with.
