Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor (even though it is a brief one). Let me leave a quick note about the scattered campus in Gurgaon - this is something that we are going to address in the coming years. The newest building that has opened up has a very large capacity and the next step from that is to put together a campus where we can consolidate. It is important to understand that the reason for a 'scattered' campus is the fast growing nature of Nagarro. Although, I hardly see it as scattered (since all buildings are less than 10 minutes from each other on a bicycle). Once again, thank you for your time.

Thank you for your time in writing this review. I am delighted to see that you are having a good time at Nagarro. We really believe in our culture and are doing everything we can to strengthen it all the time. We believe in intelligence (among other qualities), and like to attract and retain people who display it. We believe that learning never stops. With respect to your impression about the pay scale, it is true, that for someone just starting out in their career, the pay can be a little low; however, our increments are aggressive in the later stage, so that by the time you are a few years experienced, you will be earning better than most others. At the same time, you will be in a company which believes in empowering young people. Therefore, you will have opportunities at a much smaller experience level at Nagarro which you won't get elsewhere. I think it is the best time to be at Nagarro. We are poised to scale and expand rapidly in the coming years. The future at Nagarro is exciting and full of opportunities. Once again, let me thank you for taking the time to review us here.
