Long List: 1. Hired after many interview rounds and it took only 1 month to realise the mistake to become part of this company. 2. Hired for .net core microservices and worked in .net mvc support. 3. Salary cut. 4. Pathetic project allocation. 5. Delayed Appraisal. 6. No caring for Employees when time was tough and now throwing pizza party when they're getting some projects. 7. New logo won't change pathetic mindset. 8. When I resigned, no efforts to retain but got call after 1 month of leaving asking if I want to join back. Big LOL. 9. Worst team members anyone could have, old employees acts as if they are assets and new joiners are liabilities. 10. Only 5% employees have something good to do, all other are just trying to save their jobs. 11. There are many more points which I wanted to point out but now I don't see any point in doing so. I was very excited to join this company but it turned out a big joke after working for 1 year here.
