Pros

1) Adapts to fast changing technology. 2) A lot to learn . 3) Great work.

Cons

1) I read in one of the reviews about nagarro firing people and also read the company's comment on it , that it had been previously done aswell and not related to covid . I slightly disagree with this , I have seen people even with great performance but on bench being fired within a week. Also even if it's performance based there is a corporate standard to gauge an individual's performance through a pipeline in a defined set of months. So that was not followed in nagarro. 2) Little work life balance , too much work even on weekends

Dear colleague, thanks for your honest review - you describe the company as you see it. Let me make some comments on your Con #1, perhaps it may help you get some more context: 1. The terminations since March are only a small fraction of the bench that we carried through this COVID crisis. I don't have the exact numbers on me but it is only a small fraction. 2. I concede that some people's performance may have been reviewed after they came to the bench, which may result in poor optics - it may look like a knee-jerk decision. But HR uses tons of data collected over the previous 12 months to arrive at a decision only in the worst cases. I wish I could show it to you. This includes performance appraisals, project interview rejections, refusals to pick up available projects etc. And it is not "one strike and you are out" either, nearly 10 strikes (speaking colloquially) need to be accumulated to get to this unfortunate point. 3. We would like to be caring, and really strive to be, but if you look at other reviews here, you see people complaining about the pay cuts too. We have to decide - do we keep the pay cuts on for longer for people who are excelling or do we terminate a few people who are somehow exhibiting a less-than-expected performance or attitude? This is unfortunately a balance that we have to strike. We get a lot of credit for the good things Nagarro does, sometimes even more than deserved, so we should be ok taking some brickbats for the things that we have done carefully and correctly but which are not seen as such ! Again, thank you for the high-quality review. I like reviews like this that are genuine and balanced. Too many other reviews are basically written either by people who are upset to the gills or by those who write a one-liner "I couldn't find any cons" :-) Cheers, Manas

Good Cafeteria. Office Culture . Client Based.

Cons

RMM people are worst people in nagarro, they will push developer for non development projects or any kind of support project, even they will force you. Lots of interview will be taken after joining nagarro: a. junior member b. senior member c.director d.client GP28 (Haunted building)building is for bench people. I will never recommend anyone to join Nagarro. Nagarro is best example of Client based company. They will treat there employee tennis ball.

Pros

Salary on time. Gifts on Diwali or new year. Annual party at company level- Jalsa

Cons

1. Managers are incompetent in managing clients along with team. Always puts pressure on team members even if the request from client is unreasonable. 2. Supports long working hours. 3. If raised complaint for toxic work culture, nothing happens. HR is just puppet of the management. 4. Policies do not work in your favor. Even they have a policy if you are treated bad at work but nothing works out. But yes, if against you, policies works very well. 5. Just gave resources to clients and other vendors like outsourcing. Managers do not support team members when needed. Always puts junior resource in front when any escalation happens. 6. Will not recommend to Join Nagarro. I had a very bad experience. I wasted my tenure here.
