      1. Managers are inhuman and lie alot extreme nepotism and favoritism in the team. 2. Managers are extremely rude and immature people. 3. Manager's expectations is that we work 12+ house and also on weekends. 4. Directors forcing people to come to office but himself doesn't come. 5. Manager's and architects are incapable of guiding and mentoring other infact they demotivated and threaten people by saying that they would spoil the reviews. 6. Work pressure is too much as compared to the salary 7. No matter how much you Work hard Manager/Director will never appreciate your work and always keep pinpoint even smallest of the mistakes because they want to give better feedback and increments to their favorite people.

      Worst company to work for!!

      Salary on time ( I doubt if this really is a Pro)

      Cons

      In Majority of the projects you are required to work as Contractor which is neither safe in terms of job security nor you will have any value in the company hiring you further. You are basically not a employee of Nagarro just a Contractor. Policy of 3 interviews or out ( Worst thing ever). Its risky guys to join here

      No work life balance. Worst Project allocation process.

      Can’t find any. They do try to appease employees with some trivial gimmicks, but don’t care about basic things like ergonomics and etc.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. 2. Working on Sunday as well. 3. Sometimes project don’t even have the project manager from Nagarro, and there is no one to look for you, in case client PM is putting too much pressure. 4. Company don’t even cover the Medical insurance of parents. 6. Leaves are very few.
