      Good company with worst HR policy

      Pros

      Technology oriented, environment is good, learnings, work life balance.

      Cons

      TAP automation is worst process introduced in organization. Process with lot of bugs has been introduced and no one takes initiative to resolve it, getting a project as per technical skills is now a challenge. Level up is of no use because at the end you must need industry experience in that technology.

      Good flexible environment to work

      Cons

      Cant think of anything which is not a con here. From basics like giving appraisal to anything and everything. Management does not know how to manage. Too much politics. As a fresher, you will be placed randomly into a project regardless of your skills. As the first project shapes up your career, it affects your growth badly Weekends spent for project without allowances. Bad cab facility

      Pros

      Recruiting best talents from market , but not able to give them similar environment, ultimately new joiner is subject to the dirty politics of the old employees and leave the organization.

      Cons

      The upper management is biased towards old employees. Old employees dont work here and also creates problems for new joiners.
