Pros

1. Flexible working hours, good salary structure (no invisible deductions from CTC), tax saving options. 2. They are opening offices in many cities and offering long term WFH which will help in de-congesting big cities. 3. You will have a good time if you are on a project you enjoy working on and a good client.

Cons

Nagarro is a typical 3 star company. In early 2020, it had ~900 reviews(in 14 years of its existence) and a 3.7 star rating(I checked glass door before joining). Now in just ~2 years it has ~2500 reviews and 4.1 star, smells like a PR agency at work. So don't be fooled by the ratings. 1. Nagarro has a highly client centric culture. If client misbehaves with you or hires you for latest technologies but later forces you to work in legacy support, you are screwed. At best you can apply for a project change which requires minimum 1.5 years before and 4-6 months after applying to change project. 2. There is no flexibility with employees to choose their projects. They are allotted purely on a random basis (though taking your skills into considerations) and you have to clear interviews as if you are joining a new company. So even if you got relieved from your previous project (which was legacy support), you won't have a choice if the random allocation process chooses another such project for you. There is a namesake option to reject proposal, but HR will then frisk you. You may perform poorly in interview to get rejected, but that will affect your profile and job security. 3. Nagarro is trying to expand at an unprecedented rate. As a result, they are offering much more to new joiners than their existing employees. In covid lockdown (when they had half the employees than now and were paying fairly), they lost a few projects and were not able to sustain hence deducted salary company wide and fired many people from bench. If another such incident happens, it's unimaginable how they would sustain so many highly overpaid people. They may resort to firing blindly just like right now they are hiring blindly.

Not 'Caring' at all

Pros

No pros as such, if you have nothing else in hand, continue working here

Cons

The promotion that they do that Nagarro is 'Caring' is laughable. The Covid time showed the employees how much Nagarro really cares for them Salary cuts in spite of increasing business, no support for employees. Employees kept on requesting for getting their monitors from office, which was allowed after everyone bought their own. No internet dongles provided to people having genuine reasons why they can't have a good wifi connection at their home town. The responses from the managers were: 'This is something they have to manage and they are saving money from working from home'. (in spite of salary cuts) If you are Covid +ve, you get whole 3 days of extra leaves, no leaves when your family is infected. This shows that they are Caring. If you think all this is temporary and the work is fine, you are absolutely wrong. You will keep on begging for project changes but for no use. You'll keep on working on primitive technologies and would be immediately fired when the project is done as there is no other work on that technology. When you resign, they will offer you better projects and higher salaries for keeping you there, but the employees staying there, being loyal to the company have no respect in their eyes

Hire and Fire

Pros

Not Any as I have never been in the project and since hiring they asked us to sit in plot 37

Cons

They had hired us almost 2 months back by saying we have lot of projects and many people go on on-site now after 2 Nagarro HR called us and said, We don't have any project and you have to look outside otherwise We'll fire you" and putted us on notice. To be very clear they hired us for .net technologies. And even Java guys are also in the same situation. So, I'll suggest please take risk on your behalf.
