Pros

1. Appraisals are no doubt the best part of Nagarro 2. Good projects in terms of learning latest technologies 3. A program called NAGP that helps you learn edge cutting technologies, also helps to climb corporate ladder in paced manner 4. Tax saving options are there 5. Work from home 6. Early onsite if you get into right project. My friend with 1 year experience visited Austria whereas I worked >3 years still didn't get chance.

Cons

1. Some projects work on legacy technologies, if you are unlucky there is no escape 2. Food in cafeteria is pathetic 3. Multiple buildings so time is wasted in commute 4. Premises location is not good, very hard to reach during rainy days, lot of traffic in normal days 5. Hard to change projects once you are in. I left due to this reason only. 6. Hard to get projects once you are on bench. If they don't have project in the technology you work, you will be asked to change technology, for which they will provide training, but managers won't accept you because you are new to this technology.

Nagarro Response

Dear colleague, I hope you are doing well. Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback to us. I find it a little troubling that you are facing such challenges in your project. This is certainly not representative of the overall Nagarro experience for most people. There can always be project situations wherein teams stretch themselves a lot but this shouldn't be a constant. If you are facing this, please do raise a concern with the HR teams. Also, we do have a policy for compensatory leaves for working on weekends. If you haven't availed it, please do so. Regarding skill matching for project allocations, I understand why you may think this way, but I have to let you know that you are describing outliers in the process. We do hundreds of such matches in a week and there are few cases where the best match is not an exact match. I'd be happy to walk you through the details of how TAP/RAP works. You can reach out to me directly. I hope that over time your outlook and experience being a Nagarrian improves. There is a lot of good that we have which you haven't covered here (and perhaps haven't experienced yet). Stay safe, Vaibhav
